How to Prepare for Your Appointment
To get the best results:
Don't eat or drink for 6 hours before the test
Avoid applying any creams or lotions to your stomach
Remove any piercings from your abdominal area
Let your doctor know about any skin issues (rash, sunburn, wounds)
Follow any medication instructions given to you
