Dr Vedahari Ponnaiah Biography

Dr Ponnaiah Graduated from Stanley Medical College in Chennai , India in 1993. He completed MD post graduation in Anaesthesiology from BJ Medical College Pune India. in 1998. In the same year he acheived Diplomate in Anaesthesia through the Indian national Board. He moved to UK in 1999. Became a fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetist in 2002. Completed Anaesthesia training in the South Eastern School of Anaesthesia and achieved CCT in Anaestheisa in Feb 2006. Since then he is been a Consultant Anaesthetist at Guy's & St Thomas' Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He is an expert in Difficult Airway management and Thoracic Anaesthesia.
