Dr Narin Shareef Biography

Dr. Narin Shareef is a Consultant Dermatologist with experience in medical and surgical dermatology, having completed her training in South West London as well as a clinical fellowship at St John's Institute of Dermatology prior to this. She specialises in a broad range of conditions including skin cancer, mole checks, acne, eczema, psoriasis and hair loss amongst many others. She also performs minor procedures including biopsies and removal of lesions. She graduated from Barts and The London Medical School with merit and distinction grades as well as a 1st class intercalated BSc. Dr. Shareef also completed a postgraduate MSc in Medical Education at UCL/Royal College of Physicians with a merit grade and is an enthusiastic, keen teacher. Committed to advancing dermatology, she has presented at national and international conferences throughout her training. Dr. Shareef is also fluent in Kurdish and conversant in Arabic. Alongside her NHS role in South West London, she is active in a migrant health working group, aiming to improve dermatological care for underserved communities.
