Dr Julian Pearce Biography

Dr Julian Pearce is a Consultant Dermatologist. He treats patients with general dermatological conditions, performs minor surgery for the removal of skin lesions and undertakes selected cosmetic procedures. His specialist interests include hair loss and cosmetic dermatology. He achieved his BSc in Medical Sciences and Medical Degree at Edinburgh University and worked as Dermatology resident at St George's and Kingston Hospitals, obtaining his Certificate of Completion of Training from St John’s Institute of Dermatology. Dr Pearce has a research background and was awarded an academic clinical fellowship during residency. He continues to undertake dermatology research alongside his clinical NHS work. He has published in national and international medical journals. He also works within an NHS teaching hospital, providing specialist care for patients, including a dedicated clinic for hair loss. He is passionate about providing patient-focused, evidence-based dermatological care and understands the importance of working collaboratively with patients to address their skin needs.
